APMA’s Digital Learning Program will provide affordable, industry-recognized online training that complements existing programs in Ontario’s colleges and universities but can respond faster to labour market needs. The program is focused on upskilling workers to prepare them for a successful career in the auto industry while increasing the competitiveness of your company.
Digital training and certifications are being developed by industry leaders and are overseen by the Program Advisory Board. Programs will vary based on subject matter and difficulty level.
In addition to providing beginner and advanced training for industry workers, the program will create a career pathways program for individuals straight out of school or entry-level positions so they can build long term careers in the auto sector.
Spring 2021 Program Offering
APMA’s Digital Learning Program is launching a “Health, Safety and Compliance” program in Spring 2021. Courses will be specific to the auto industry and compliant with Ministry of Labour requirements.
