The first Center for Automotive Diversity, Inclusion and Advancement (CADIA) Impact Awards – which recognize excellence in and commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion – were announced last week with the APMA taking the top honour for Champion of Diverse Talent.
This was the inaugural year for the awards in North America and the APMA is thrilled to be recognized as the leading organization that is raising up, developing, advancing and advocating for diverse talent.
“It is a huge honour to be recognized by CADIA for our leadership in equity, diversity and inclusion. The APMA does not abide by the status quo. We lead with a roster that recognizes the value in diverse experiences and perspectives as we continue build pathways to new communities that have been historically underrepresented including women, youth, Black, Indigenous, People of Colour and people with disabilities.”
