Erin O’Toole said that the Liberal government didn’t “offer any solutions”. As it turned out, Chrystia Freeland’s first budget was filled with them. Flavio Volpe, the president APMA, says it’s “a game-changer for (the) Canadian zero-emissions vehicles business.”
