The Consulate General of Canada, in partnership with the APMA, has been granted an opportunity to showcase Canada automotive capabilities to decision makers and influencers at Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) in Auburn Hills, MI on Wednesday December 4, 2019. Application Deadline: Friday August 23, 2019 COB (firm deadline)
FCA has specific interest in hosting a “pitch session” program for (FCA) vetted Canadian suppliers offering solutions in:
- Lightweight materials – focus on nano-carbon
- Creative solutions for in-vehicle customer experience enhancements
- Enablers for electrification – focus on HVAC / power management / lighting / electronics charging
Those companies interested in participating must identify a specific solution and concisely describe the improvement over existing technology available on the vehicles or what solution your technology will provide to enhance the customer experience. FCA contacts expressly indicated that they are not interested in “me-too” technologies to existing products. A team of purchasing and engineering from FCA will select the companies they want to participate. Click here to access the application form.
We encourage Canadian companies to apply to participate in this Canadian Innovation Day program which will be held at FCA’s North American headquarters in Auburn Hills, MI on Wednesday December 4, 2019. This is a chance for new and existing suppliers to present new technologies / innovation solutions in the in lightweight materials – with a focus on nano-carbon; creative solutions for in-vehicle customer experience enhancements; enablers for electrification – focusing specifically on HVAC / power management / lighting / electronics charging.
There is no cost to apply for this program. If your company is selected to participate, you will be required to pay a non-refundable fee of about $250 USD.
